Neurology Care Built Around Access — Without Compromising Expertise

US Neuroscience (USN) was founded to solve the biggest problem in neurology: waiting months to be seen. Across our clinics in Texas, we combine in-person visits with confidently-delivered telehealth, so patients get an appointment within 2 weeks — not 2 months.

Every patient's treatment plan, whether developed during an in-person visit or with one of our physician assistants or nurse practitioners, is reviewed and approved by a board-certified neurologist. That means faster access never comes at the cost of clinical oversight.

We believe neurological symptoms deserve urgency. Memory changes, tremors, headaches, numbness — these are not concerns that should sit on a waitlist. USN exists to make sure they don't have to.

Our Approach
  • Fast access — Appointments typically available within 2 weeks, at every USN clinic.
  • Physician-reviewed care — Every treatment plan is reviewed and approved by a board-certified neurologist.
  • Telehealth done right — Video visits deliver the same clinical rigor as an in-person appointment, for patients who qualify.
  • Connected care — Clear next steps for every patient, and closed-loop communication with referring providers.
